    For the most part works well just do not put to wash or dry bathroom mat. Doesn™€™t spin well with a fluffy mat or a queen size quilt, need to put through another spin cycle for the quilt.

    The Electrolux laundry tower solved a peculiarly Californian problem of needing to elevate a gas dryer if it's installed in the garage. If I hadn't had to do this, I might have missed the practicality of this model. It is so much more space efficient than my previous side by side models. It's incredibly quiet and can be really fast, if I need it to be. The capacity is generous and it easily handles the queen sized bedding and weekly towels I launder. The control panel is convenient and easy to use. Highly recommend!

    Love my new stacking laundry tower

    I have wanted a laundry tower for years and when my old dryer died, I finally bought the tower. I love the 15 minute quick wash setting, especially for son's baseball uniform that allows me to do a small quick load that can be washed and dried in less than 30 minutes. I love that the spin cycle is so good that the clothes almost feel dry when coming out of washer. The only thing I'm not impressed with is that the clothes are not hot to the touch when they come out of the dryer. They are dry but just barely warm.

    Space saver with issues on the dryer door

    The unit is great and a wonderful space saver. The washer is very quiet and performs well.I wish the alarm at the end of the cycle could be louder or adjustable.Unfortunately the dryer door has too much vertical play, not compressing completely the gasket, leaving a little gap at the top. Because of that, some of the heat is leaking out and lint dust is depositing on the outside of the door. Also, two screws are placed exactly on the surface where the gasket is compressing, not ideal. Technician came for an inspection and confirmed this is by design. Pretty disappointed for what it's supposed to be a luxury brand.

    Flame sensor wasn™€™t working when I bought the unit. Warranty covered it and now all is well in with little problem or time constraint. Now the washer and dryer are running fine and I like them. Washer is a bit loud with Cycles and switches but not a big deal. So far I really like the units.

    Looks good and works well in my garage. I have only done one load so far but it all seems to work great. Pretty quiet. Seems to take a little bit for the water to fill. Water does not fish in like my old washer. Water coming in Seems to go in stages.

    Installed my laundry center and the dryer wouldn™€™t heat. Warranty service was easy to call in (though lots of hold time waiting for farmed-out foreign representative). Waited a week for part to arrive and both units now seem to run well, though the washer is somewhat noisy going through transitions.

    The unit is very heavy so where ever you are going to put it, make sure that's where it will stay. I love the middle controls because I'm fairly short. Just wish the dryer had a light in it so that I could make sure I got all of the clothes out.

    No easy access to lint filer / mold issues

    Zero Stars!!. This washer is not worth the money. Please educate yourself regarding the lint filter. The filter is not located in an easy reach location and needs major disassembly of the unit. Especially when you have pets you will have problems. I run the cleaning cycle regularly but noticed a strong odor after only three years. I also have already mold stains on the door rubber and the water is not draining. We had to replace the cold-water pump twice and it still makes a terrible noise. Customer service is a joke.

    Never worked since new. 1 month in and no fix

    Overall I™€™m disappointed with my experience this far. The washer works but the dreyer has not worked properly since day 1. Dreyer turns on but never actually gets hot and does not dry the clothes. It has never worked since the instal and have been dealing with the warranty on the product for almost 3 weeks now. There has been a technician sent out to ™€œfix™€ it, but did nothing more than tell us it™€™s broken and parts must be order to fix it, which is going to be a 7 to 10 day minimum wait. Then more than likely going to be another week out before it gets installed. So all said and done I will be with an unoperational dreyer on my brand new washer and dreyer set for at least over a month, which is very disappointing and does not leave me hopeful in the future that this product will last seeing as brand new out of the box it doesn™€™t even work properly.

Very roomy, can fit a lot in both washer and dryer. My only complaint, and it could be me (I™€™m still learning how to use it) is something I have to run the dryer an extra 15 mins to dry clothes.     We redesigned our laundry room for more shelving and stackable was the answer. We learn aobut laundry centers along the way and love that the controls are all in the center. We did tons of research and the electrolux seemed to the best in all ways with few complaints. We have only good things to say about it. Lots of settings, intuitive, cleans and dries very well. And quite! So much more quiet than any washer and dryer we have ever had, huge surprise and bonus. Would recommend to anyone.

    Absolutely love our Electrolux! All functions run very quietly and smoothly. All function settings are easily accessible for both washer and dryer. The entire unit is definitely well designed as a space saver. We are equally pleased as to how all laundry comes out fresh with no blemishes or tears. Would definitely recommend this unit.

    Front load tower

    We love the front load laundry tower. It takes up less space and is very functional. I didn't think I would like it at first but I like that it's easy to use.

    Great design and performance

    The Electrolux new laundry tower caught my eye when my 10+ years old laundry set was broken. This is my first time using the front-load washing machine. Very quiet during the washing and spinning. The guys did a perfect job on the installation. Love the machine and highly recommend it.
