    Have more confidence for this LG than I do for the Frigidaire it replaced. The Frigidaire went out in 13 days and replaced it with another that lasted about 2 years and no were going to LG. My other Lg products have been great.

    good refrigerator but not a good help line

    I am enjoying my new refrigerator and it seems to be working well. I had to change the doors from one side to the other to get it open the way that would work in my kitchen. The manual instructions were poor. When I was switching the doors around decorative caps would not come out. Needless to say I did end up breaking them to remove them. I called the phone number in the instructions and was given a polite run around to get replacements. I still have not gotten the parts needed. Thank you LG

    Ive had this for 2 months. Unfortunately Im having to scrape ice off the top edge of the freezer door often. Obviously its a bad seal or maybe because the freezer door pops open slightly when I close the refrigerator door.

    LG LTCS20020W Refrigerator

    I received my refrigerator during the Super bowl. It has worked great. I have kept it on the default settings and it has kept everything nice and fresh. It fits perfectly in the area we needed it in. The inside is quite spacious and items are easy to put in and get out. The Freezer area on top also works great at keeping items frozen and fresh when defrosted. The Freezer is also very roomy and items here are easily accessible. This is a great full-size refrigerator with a solid freezer to go with. I am confident it will last as long as the old one did.

    I bought this November 8th and was really excited to have my first new refrigerator at age 68. From the start the doors wouldnt stay shut the fridge part wouldnt go lower than 50 degrees ruining any food put in it and the freezer stays between -23 and 42 degrees so everything is freezer burned or spoiled. Lowes was no help and Ive been trying to get a repairman here since November. I finally got a call that he would come February 21st -- but this morning I was informed that it would NOT be this month but MARCH 21st. I am looking on Craigslist for a used fridge - which I should have done in the first place. I will NEVER buy from LG again the only thing worse than their appliance is their customer service.

    I got this new fridge to put in my garage. At the store I asked the sales rep if the one I wanted would work well in the garage. He said yes it should work properly even in the winter in Missouri. I brought it home and noticed that the freezer temps were inconsistent. I have it on the coldest setting and I noticed my food wasnt staying completely frozen. I put a thermometer inside to to check it and from day to day it varies between -10 and +20 degrees Fahrenheit. I had to throw some food away because the constant temperature changes. When I called the manufacturer they said this fridge wont work in a garage unfortunately its past the return date because we didnt get the repair tech out soon enough due to the holidays. Im very disappointed in this fridge and the sales rep for giving me misinformation.

    I bought this back in October and it has never worked right. The bottom doesnt cool enough and the top freezer is constantly frosted up. I have called for service at least three times and the assure me that someone will be out to fix it but no one ever shows up or calls. So bottom line there service is horrible and the product is basically junk. I will never have anything to do with an LG product again.

    Worked fine for about 16 months then one day I got home from work and it smelled like burnt rubber and had stopped working. Made a warranty claim through the lowes extended warranty and have been getting scheduled appointments that never show or a promise of a call back that doesnt happen. So we havent had a fridge for almost a month. Supposedly lg scheduled a repair a week out from today. Overall I wouldnt recommend any lg appliance based on this experience or a lowes extended warranty.

    I bought the fridge as a backup fridge. Nicer than what I expected with lots of room. I like the no handles for spacing in restricted areas. Also like the separate humidity controls drawers. Excellent features for the value.

    I purchased this refrigerator in October it is so quiet you dont even know when it runs Looks very nice and is easy to keep clean. I love not having handles protruding from the front. And the lighting inside is excellent. Best one I have owned in my 85 years.

    Bought in March 2022. In July we started noticing dripping on bottom of freezer door. Thought it was probably condensation because of summer heat. When the weather got colder and the dripping continued we inspected the seal. Ice was forming inside the gasket preventing the door from sealing completely. Called LG set up warranty service call. Service team came out said freezer door would have to be replaced because gasket was built into door. Still waiting to here back on status of repair. LG has sent me several messages asking if my service has been completed. Every time I reply that it has not but get no further comment from them. Fortunately the freezer stuff stays frozen but how long will I have to wait for service to be completed?

    We bought this on or about October 15. 2022 of this year at Lowes. Despite after purchase seeing reviews about how the compressors are failing how difficult it is to get warranty work done we are keeping our fingers crossed that we dont have to deal with this. We did get the extended warranty. Hope we dont have to use it.

    The great and not so great features of the LTCS200

    I purchased this refrigerator 2 weeks ago. The interior and exterior design is thoughtful and well executed. Interior LED lighting gives it an air of sophistication and adjustable shelving gives great flexibility. The unit so far is operating as advertised. Two features should be added to make it perfect LED lighting for the freezer compartment and more clearance on the bottom of the door so it doesnt hit your foot.

    Stainless French door with bottom freezer.

    Ive had this since 2012. The bottom freezer took a bit getting used to. You DO have to dig to find your items but the upper refrigerator is better because MOST needed items are at the best level. The stainless is easy to keep clean not prone to too many fingerprints. Chimes if doors left open. Very satisfied.

    Great product with one exception

    This is a really great product. When I plugged it in it came up to temperature in only 2 1/2 hours. It was very nicely packed in the carton and looks really nice and clean. It runs super quiet the 4 wheels roll it smoothly into position and I love the glass shelves instead of the metal ones. There is no egg holder though. The only problem I had was that the 3 holes for the ice maker were drilled improperly. One was kind of OK one was stripped out and the bottom one wasnt even close to where the ice maker hole was This made the ice maker installation very difficult. I had to drill a new hole and use a larger screw for one of the mounting bushings. Other than that this is a great product.

The associate who took our order was very nice and very thorough about explaining things delivery was in a timely manner the delivery Guys were very nice and respectful.     Great room both top and bottom

    I purchased this refrigerator about one month ago. The two vegetable bins are very roomy. The temperature is more than enough to keep food cold. Several items of various sizes fit easily on the door. The freezer has an adjustable shelf and room for an ice maker.

    Bought my fridge a year ago the door mount on my freezer broke only keep a few bags of frozen vegetables stored there so for this to break so easily is not acceptable. Unfortunately I didnt get the extended warranty so Im stuck with a broken new fridge

    I bought this fridge in Sept 2021. In October 2022 the compressor went and fridge was unrepairable. Had a lowes protection plus plan so replacement was covered but trying to file and settle a claim with Lowes and LG was a nightmare Avoid buying this fridge.

    My first and last LG product.

    Bought refrigerator about a year ago and have had nothing but problems. To begin the lower door opens too close to the floor. We hit it on our foot when opening unlike any other refrigerator I have owned. Secondly it will not keep a consistent temperature top or bottom. It has been worked on and parts added more than once and still bad. A LG rep told me they would buy back and I would be contacted to set receive funds. Then two days later another rep told me not to believe the other guy and yet another repair will be attempted. I have lost over $100 in food and I consider LG and their refrigerator to be worthless.

    Coils keep freezing.

    I bought this fridge a year ago and it stops cooling. I had to defrost the coils 4 times already. I had some food spoiled because of this. LG denied my request to get money back for the food that went bad. They came to fix it. They thaw the coils it was working fine for a few days.
