    Worked good until error codes started happening

    Bought this 7 months ago and now it wont work and LG warranty personnel want me to drive 400 km one way to bring the machine to their repair shop while under warranty because its their closest preferable dealer never heard of something this bad while under warranty. Really liked the product until it stopped working and was told that ridiculous story.

    I have had a technician out to fix my washer once already. This is due to the washer shredding my clothes. They replaced the agitator. It shredded 17 articles. I had to take pictures of everything. They only offered me $150 for all my damaged clothes. I found the receipts and its still not good enough. Now i have a second technician out to replace the drum and the agitator for the second time. Washer has multiple settings and they told me only to use the bedding cycle so it actually moves the clothes around and washes them. But dont add too much soap only use color safe bleach only rinse on slow speed to help with too many wrinkles... what the heck....its always something

    after a short Two years i came downstairs to find my finished basement flooded. we called LG and they recommended 3 appliance services none of them were in my area in fact one was in arizona. when we finally found someone it stopped leaking. when he left it leaked again. he came back as a courtesy but couldnt find where it was leaking from. suggested we buy a new washing machine

    Our old washer finally died and we bought this wonderful LG washing machine. We went back to a top loader and it works wonderfully. It is very quiet and completes a load much quicker than before and the clothes come out very clean.

Worked great until a month ago and now LG will not help me get it repaired or replaced as the state I live in has a consumer protection law that an appliance needs to work for 4 years.     Size Matters Love The Capacity On This Machine

    Even if I have to dive in the drum like an olympic swimmer I love that I can wash my kids gargantuan loads of dirty clothes in one sitting. Blankets and towels FR denim jeans to the delicate soft n fuzzy sweaters in every color owned this washer can take it all. Another plus is the LG ThinQ app where I can make sure everything is running smoothly with a quick diagnostic as well as set a wi-fi wash. How awesome is that So far Ive had no issues and I certainly hope it stays that way

    We purchased our washer in Jan 22 to replace another LG washer that we have had for 8 years. Our washing machine is used heavily with 2-3 loads per day. It is compact and simple to operate. My wife has no complaints. The only issue we have had is a defective clutch about 10 months into ownership. This was promptly replaced by an LG technician at no cost to us. Overall we are happy with our LG washing machine.

    Of course it is just past the warranty period and our LG Washer isnt working correctly or not at all. The matching Dryer required 5 service visits in order to make it run without horrible loud chirping/rattling noises due to bad ball bearings. Washer is currently on service tech visit #3 fortunately we bought extended coverage for both appliances. Sadly one service tech told us that the rattling noises with the dryer were very common and another said that the LG products were typical of the junk made in China.

    This washing machine is awesome It really gets your clothes clean and smelling great. With its mega capacity I can fit a lot more in one load and I am able to wash pillows and comforters with ease. I am so pleased with how quiet it is too. I can run the machine and sit in the next room without being disturbed. It really gets my clothes clean too they smell and feel great. Of course with all of my LG appliances it is great having them synced up on the LG ThinQ app. This gives me notifications when my load is done along with monthly usage reports and tips to keep it running great.

    Great controls and options to adjust the wash. Like the deep fill extra rinse soak features WIFI alert when wash is done. Washer worked great up to the 18 months would no longer turn on. Control board has recall took 2 months to fix and one month to schedule service.

    I purchased this washing machine on May 26 2021. I didnt buy the extended warranty because I purchased it brand new. In Early September of 2022 the unit wouldnt turn on. Went through all the reset options and TipsTricks to no avail. It was passed the 1 year manufacturer warranty so I called LG. They are doing a complimentary One time repair but a brand new machine that is BARELY a year old shouldnt already be COMPLETELY useless. Also the Tech LG sent has been to my home 3 times now and it is still not fixed. I will never purchase another LG washing machine. This is just poor craftsmanship.

    Worst Washer Ive Ever Used

    We bought this washer after having to repair our old one twice in a year. We wanted a top-loader with an agitator and this model had good reviews. However it has turned out to be underwhelming at best and useless at worst. On numerous occasions I have to rewatch my clothing without detergent because they collect the dirt in their folds and they dont get clean. It seems like the centrifugal force pushes the clothing so that it is bunched along the sides of the drum but theres not enough water during the rinse cycle for them to ever get unbunched. This results in clothing that has collected dirt in its wrinkles. It is extremely frustrating and disappointing to have spent so much money on a machine that doesnt actually perform as expected.

    Perfect size for large load

    I purchased this lg washing machine model number WT7305CW 18 months ago. It wont turn on anymore. I did some research and found that this is a common failure of the pcb board and it is 250 dollars. I called lg to see if they would help me out. Nope. The warranty is one year and that is that. The LG response was to send a repair guy to my house so he could charge me for the diagnosis and the repair. No thank you LG. Ill fix the piece of crap washing machine I bought from them myself and buy my appliances elsewhere in the future.

    Picked LG for our new laundry based on CR reliability reports and availability of a proper center agitator. We originally had a 5.3 Cubic ft GE top loader 1995-2012 and then tried other front load and top load HE washers but were never satisfied with their washing performance. What good is it to save water if the clothes dont get clean? The last top load Samsung we had used so little water some of the clothes didnt even get wet. This LG washer was the closest on the market to matching our old GE and its a lot better than the other modern machines we tried but still falls short. Doesnt handle unbalanced loads as well not quite as big capacity and we still cant control how much water it puts in thinks its smarter than we are. Maybe it is but who cares? Id gladly trade all these computerized features well never use hence the 2 stars in that category for the simple obedience and reliability of the old rotary switch controls.

    This washer has the Agitator in it thats whats needed to clean clothes.This washer allows you to add more water and a deep water cycle thats a plus.I try one of them new fancy washing machine with no agitator in it my clothes was never clean.I love mine so much I purchased one for my son for his birthday.

    Before we bought our LG washer we researched washers thru Consumers Report magazine. All the top rated washers were made by LG. We have nor regretted our decision to purchase our LG machine. I love all the additional features that my old washer did not have.

    Got it 3 weeks ago it hasnt been fixed discharge hose has a hole spraying water out. Havent heard back from B M electronics in Evansville or Waynes Appliance store where I bought it.

    A Clean Deal

    I came home from a fishing trip with my grandson to my wifes words hope you had fun the washing machine is broke. Just what every man wants to hear. I have kept the old broken machine running for over thirty years . The old one was stopped production in 1998 so I figured maybe it was time for a new one. I purchased the LG 4.8 cubic foot top loading machine and brought her home. My wife was volunteering at the hospital so I had time to get it installed before she got home . I had fun with it myself so easy to set up and a gorgeous machine I love stainless steel. It was ready to run when she got home. I explain all the features which for us 70+ year olds can be scary but shes a pro now after weeks. The phone interface is so cool. And you can amuse the grandchildren let them look down through the lid while its running its mesmerizing. So quiet you can barely hear it running. Great unit couldnt be happier kind of wish the old one would have shut down sooner and we are going to save a ton of water and power Life is Good

    We mainly bought this model because it matched the dryer we bought less than a year ago. I am glad we got the one with the agitator but it does not move the items in the washer as much as I would like unless I add extra water. Having the option for deep wash is a huge selling point to me. There are some items I really want covered with water to feel like they are clean. I like using liquid fabric softener so I like the dispenser that water runs through so I dont have blue blotches on my clothing when done with the wash. I like it being diluted before it hits my clothing. The biggest shock when we got this washer was that the door locked when the machine started. I felt out of control like I could not check something in the wash or add another item or more detergent if I wanted. My friend told me I needed to read all the directions and that I would find my answer to open the door mid wash. I must not have read well enough because I didnt find that. I decided to just try what her instructions said and it worked. I touched the Hold to Start button which you can also Hold to Stop and the door unlocked so I could open the lid. There is a down side to opening the door mid wash. I thought it would mean that I could open the door and soak my clothes an extra amount of time but NOPE when I tried that it showed me who was the boss and drained all the water and detergent out so I had to start over. I will not try that again and will just be happy that I can unlock the door and add the items I want. I love the soft close on the lid. I also like the clear lid. It helps me understand what each different kind of load does. I would be crazy with a locked lid if I didnt understand what was going on inside. It would be particularly hard if I didnt understand that it goes around during the sensing phase with no water. I think sensing means it is figuring out how many items are in the load so it can add water accordingly. I love the large drum. I am able to wash more rugs at the same time like rugs from two bathrooms instead of just one. The same with sheets today I washed sheets from 1 king and one twin with plenty of room. I did decide to dry the two sets separately however. I am happy with my purchase. My advice is to make sure you dont complain until you understand what you are doing. I still have new things to learn but I have made a lot of progress so far.

    My wife loves the washer in fact she will not allow me to touch it. It comes standard with the desired features. She will not allow me to connect to the wireless built in device so I cannot rate it. I suspect it will act the same as the refrigerator.

    7 days before one year warranty expires it stopped working. Three weeks for LG to respond and set an appointment for someone to come out and fix 30 days later. 51 days from time not working to possible someone coming out to try to fix. Lost three weeks just for the LG team to fully respond.

    My old washer went out and had to wring clothes by hand and hang outside till dry enough to put in dryer for over a month before I was able to get my new LG. LOVE the big tub with agitator. Washed king size quilt with no problems. Absolutely love the WT7305CW.

    I bought this a year ago and have called service 5 times on it and LG still cant fix it. I am stuck going to a ugly laundromat to wash my clothes for the last several months. I dont recommend it based on my experience.

    We love our washer but the pump failed 3 weeks before our one year mark. This was lucky in our case as it was covered under a 1 yr warranty. Now that it is working again we continue to love it. Purchased because it has an agitator- hard to find these days

    Great washer BUT Bad App

    Everything works well with the washer. Huge capacity. Unfortunately the App has proved difficult to get working. A week ago I called LGs support line and after a little more than an hour they escalated the problem. It has been 10 days now an no one has reached out to me to take care of the issue.

    I purchased this washer in April 2021 and the power button on the control board began failing in June 2022. Of course it did Only way to get it to power on was to reset the device unplugging and plugging back in and then crossing fingers. After searching this issue on the web I am clearly not the only one which this has happened. It is wide spread problem. Furthermore the free extended warranty offered by Proactive Care is not honored by LG even with email showing that I was approved with the 1 additional year of warranty. I will NEVER buy a LG product again - they might be shiny objects but all they do is break and then LG will not honor their commitment with the customer. Fooled once never again.
